Accounting Associate
Job Summary: Shall be responsible to the Company’s financial operations such as preparing, maintaining, analyzing, verifying, reconciling complex financial transactions, statements, records and reports. Duties and Responsibilities   Financial Analysis and Reporting
  • Join, effective and independent handling of overall general Accounting functions to serve all accounting demands of the entire company.
  • Assists in effective handling and monitoring of financial transactions of entire Ark One company from receipts/invoice validation till periodic and timely release of F/S, schedules, required to reflect accurate and reliable data
  • Assists in preparation of error F/S – monthly, quarterly, mid-year, annual F/S for entire Ark One Company.
  • Assists in bank and other B/S & P/L account reconciliation reports and F/S accounts
  • Assists in identifying and reporting causes of unfavorable variances of account movements and provide recommendations on how to deal with and how to improve results of the operations
  • Assists in preparation and submission of reportorial requirements of local and foreign transactions like, BIR remittances like Vat, ITR, Expanded withholding tax, etc.
  • Assists and handles Inventory monitoring
Audit
  • Assists and ensures the completion of necessary reports are ready for auditing of BIR and external auditors
  • Assists in the formulation of set of Accounting policies, procedures, and practices for the entire company for a better and effective internal control.
  Others
  • Assists and provides adhoc and other reports
  • Handles petty cash fund
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s of Science in Accountancy graduate
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Experience of 1-2 years is an advantage
Technical Sales
Job summary: Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provides technical information about the product as required in creating technical Proposals, Configuration, Compliance tables, competetive study, applications summary
  • Conducts pre-sales technical presentation and product demonstrations to customers of company’s products and services.
  • Conducts onsite applications investigation and research, product presentation and demonstration and Technology Seminars
  • Develops expertise in the usage and application/s of the product lines assigned in order to effectively support them
  • Develops knowledge and mastery of technologies related to application of the products given the requirement and environment of the target customers
  • Trains client on the technical product delivered and rendered to customers.
  • Find potential areas/problems where solutions can be deployed.
  • Provides solutions on the technical issue concerning the product being handled and be able to escalate complex issues to R&D
  • Prepares and conduct equipment configuration/BOM generation.
  • Develops customer relationship. Ensures personal visits, rapport or customer relations and accommodate clients concerns and follow-ups.
  • Liase with vendor partners for product update, demo and other technical matters
  • Submits regular and strategic reports and information required by the management
  • Updates and maintains integrity of customers database and corresponding opportunities and deals through Salesforce.com
  Qualifications:
  • Must be a graduate of BS ECE/IT/Comscie or equivalent
  • Able to strategize and implement plans
  • Able to sell (hunt) and do account (farm) management
  • Able to communicate efficiently, written and verbal
  • Able to work with a team effectively
  • Technical sales experience is an advantage
  • Government, Finance, Telecoms and IT Account Management-related background is an advantage
Sales Engineer(Service Center)
Job summary: Responsible for Ark One’s sales revenue by selling of company’s products and services to a given territory and customers. He/she serves as the primary business contact for the client and is responsible for client satisfaction. The Account Manager is expected to consistently provide excellent customer service to accounts, as well as represent client needs and goals within the organization to ensure quality. In addition, the AM will should build relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities. Duties and Responsibilities: Presales Activities
  • To meet a given annual sales target by selling Ark One’s products & services at the company’s recommended price to a given territory
  • Organizes meetings, presentations, seminars, exhibits, VIP visits, customer visits and workshop for customers
  • Prepares and conducts presentations / demonstrations to customers of company’s products and services
  After sales Activities
  • To make sure that training and any other form of support commitment are delivered and rendered to customers
  • Assists in the collection of receivables from customers and make certain that requirements for payment are available like GRs, VSRs etc.
  • Secures from the clients the acceptance certificate and transmits to Supply Chain Management
  • Conducts personal visits to maintain relationship with the clients.
  Documentation and Reporting
  • To submit regular and strategic reports and information required by the management
  • To update and maintain integrity of customers database and corresponding opportunities and deals through Salesforce.com
  Qualifications:
  • Proven Account Management skills required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships
  • Minimum 3 years of Account/project management experience
  • Technical competence is an advantage (understand software, hardware, networks, etc.)
  • With experience in semiconductor industries is a must
  • Highly organized and efficient
  • Demonstrates excellent communication and follow-up skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Shows consistent professionalism and good judgment
  • Ability to build strong customer relationship and networking
Jr. Applications Engineer
Job summary: To complement sales persons in investigating, qualifying and positioning relevant solutions against customer needs and challenges in the Network and Security/Telco/Semiconductor industry. Must act as the Technical Lead for broad and in depth technology and product knowledge. Duties and Responsibilities: After sales Product Support
  • Trains client on the technical product delivered and rendered to customers
  • Provides solutions on the technical issue concerning the product being handled and be able to escalate complex issues to R&D
  • Ensures personal visits, rapport or customer relations and accommodate clients concerns and follow-ups.
  • Develops knowledge and mastery of technologies related to application of the products given the requirement and environment of the existing customers.
  • Main product focus: Optical Network Monitoring System
  • Main Technology of focus: Fiber Optic Transport, Transmission Technologies and Operation Support Systems
  Presales Product Support
  • Provides technical information about the product as required in creating technical Proposals, Configuration, Compliance tables, competetive study, applications summary
  • Conducts onsite applications investigation and research, product presentation and demonstration and Technology Seminars
  • Develops expertise in the usage and application/s of the product lines assigned in order to effectively support them
  • Develops knowledge and mastery of technologies related to application of the products given the requirement and environment of the target customers
  Qualifications:
  • BS ECE/IT/Computer Science graduate
  • At least 1-2 years experience in any of the mentioned industry is an advantage
  • Personable and articulate (able to make presentation & present)
  • Board passer, Cisco certification (CCNA/CCNE) not required but an advantage
